| Services We Provide AWO provides DUI Evaluations; DUI Risk Assessments; DUI Education; and Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling to individuals working and residing in Roger's Park, the surrounding communities, and the Cities of Evanston and Skokie, and parts of Lake and DuPage County. AWO is part of the Social Service Agency Referral System for DUI offenders with the County Circuit Courts, Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (OASA), local attorneys, universities and colleges, professional Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), and Human Resources EAP departments within the corporate sector. |

| DUI Process Overview When a person is convicted of a DUI in Illinois, they become part of three state subsystems: The Secretary of State, the Circuit Court System and the Illinois Department of Human Services Office Alcoholism and Substance Abuse. Each case is difference. In some instances even when the case is settled with the court, the individual may still be ordered to complete a Risk Education course and Substance Abuse treatment.
